Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Marketing person with 5-10 years of experience and residing in Ahmedabad is typically expected to possess strong marketing and sales skills, with a focus on the real estate industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They will also be responsible for market research analysis and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service to achieve business objectives. Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity in the real estate sector.
Additionally, the candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including current market trends and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing
- “Responsible for collecting, providing, and interpreting research data about potential buyers and investors, as well as achieving sales targets within specified timeframes.”
- Client Relations: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships.
