Full job description
- Greeting guests: Welcoming clients and guests in a friendly manner, and offeringthem a beverage
- Handling phone calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phonecalls, and providing basic information
- Managing mail and deliveries: Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, andcouriers
- Scheduling appointments: Updating appointment calendars and schedulingmeetings
- Providing administrative support: Assisting the sales and/or propertymanagement departments with administrative tasks
- Maintaining office order: Ensuring the front office area is clean and organized
- Performing clerical duties: Filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
