  • Greeting guests: Welcoming clients and guests in a friendly manner, and offeringthem a beverage
  • Handling phone calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phonecalls, and providing basic information
  • Managing mail and deliveries: Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, andcouriers
  • Scheduling appointments: Updating appointment calendars and schedulingmeetings
  • Providing administrative support: Assisting the sales and/or propertymanagement departments with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining office order: Ensuring the front office area is clean and organized
  • Performing clerical duties: Filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
