We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager & Customer Service Executive to join our team in Paldi, Ahmedabad, India. This is an office-based position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with extensive WooCommerce, SEO, and customer service experience to manage and optimise our online store while delivering exceptional support to our UK customer base.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral or international accent. Experience with customer service platforms like Zendesk or similar is advantageous.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for cycling and eCommerce with a customer-focused approach.
