Key Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing: Actively engage with potential clients in the field, visiting locations, and promoting Property Panda’s real estate offerings.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets based on property packages.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective clients, generate leads, and close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize marketing efforts effectively.
- Brand Promotion: Represent Property Panda in the field, ensuring positive brand visibility and awareness.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Vehicle Requirement: A personal vehicle is mandatory for this role as it involves fieldwork and travel.
- Target-Oriented: Must be highly motivated and goal-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Location: Must be based in Ahmedabad and available for local travel.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
· Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about real estate products and services using scripts.
· Answering customer questions about the products or the company
· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
· Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and services.
· Making recordings of sales phone calls and sales deals
· Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
· Maintaining a database of customer information on a regular basis
· Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
· Meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and increasing revenue.
· Providing excellent customer service and support before and after sales
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
